Senator Duncan withdrew his objection.  There being no further                 
objections, HOUSE BILL NO. 268 am was advanced to third

HOUSE BILL NO. 268 am was read the third time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor called the Senate, then lifted the call.                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 268 am "An Act                      
extending the termination date of the Board of Dispensing Opticians;           
and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was
